Delivery Timelines:

• Prepaid Express: 4–3 days (₹350 extra)
• Standard / COD: 4–5 business days

Sale & Discounted Orders: Items purchased on sale, discount, or under a free-shipping offer are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged/Defective Products: Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product received is damaged or defective. The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

No Change-of-Mind Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, fit, colour preference, or simply not liking the product.

Refunds: Idaya Luxe does not provide monetary refunds for delivered orders. Approved returns are issued as store credit/credit notes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Prepaid Orders: Monetary refunds are not provided for prepaid orders.

COD Orders: If a COD order is cancelled after dispatch or refused at the time of delivery, the COD option may be disabled for future orders.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

• Email us at info@idayaluxe.com or contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
• Please share clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, clean, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Products that are used, dirty, altered, or returned without original packaging/tags will not be eligible.
• Idaya Luxe reserves the right to reject a return/exchange request after inspection.

RETURN PROCESS

• Once your request is received, our team will respond within 24–48 business hours. Our customer care team is unavailable on weekends.
• If reverse pickup is available at your pincode, we will arrange it. If not, the customer will need to ship the product back to us at their own cost.
• Return shipments may take 10–15 business days to reach us.
• Once received, the product will be inspected by our team.
• If approved, a store credit/credit note will be issued. The complete process may take approximately 3 weeks.
• Store credit can be used on our website at checkout using the credit code provided.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATION

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us with the reason for cancellation.
• Cancellation requests are subject to approval.
• If approved, the applicable refund will be processed within 7 business days.

IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS

• Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
• Any damage caused by the customer while opening or using the product will not be eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
• All returned products must be in their original condition, unused, clean, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• Idaya Luxe reserves the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.
