Return and Exchange

1. Sale items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

2. Items are only eligible for returns if the product received is damaged. Monetary refunds are not provided for any orders.

3. We do not provide exchange unless and until the product delivered is damaged.

4. Idaya Luxe does not provide monetary refunds for prepaid orders.

5. If you order on COD, and cancel the order after the item has been dispatched or refuse to accept the order at the time of delivery, then, we will be removing COD option for you at the time of future purchase. 

Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return the item only if the item is defected. You need to inform us with in 24 hours of receiving the product.

How to request for a return? 
For requesting a return, please email us on info@idayaluxe.com or on our whatsapp number.
The customer is required to make sure the product is in its original condition with all the tags and the packaging intact. Please do not forget to attach photos and videos to your email.
The product should be unused. In case we receive a used or dirty product, you will no longer be eligible for exchange or return.
The item will be returned and shipping will be charged. In case, there is a damage caused while unboxing the package by the customer, Idaya Luxe is not responsible and there will be no refund/exchange. The item will be returned back to us and shipping will be charged. Refunds are only processed after Idaya Luxe reviews the returned product. Idaya Luxe holds the right to reject a return request. After receiving the request we will get in touch with you via email with in 24-48 hours on business days. Weekends are off for the team and emails will not be replied to.

 How can I exchange/replace my product?

We do not offer exchange/replacement unless and until the product received is damaged.

 How can my cancel an order? 
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order only by sending us an email regarding cancellation with reason. Once the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed and it will reflect in your account within 7 business days.

 In case of reverse pick ups which depends on availability of service at your area pin code. If reverse pick-up unavailable, we request you to send the product back to the address provided on the package. The cost of this will be paid by the customer.

Can products purchased on sale or discount be returned/exchanged? 
No. We do not offer return/ exchange unless the product received is damaged. Request you to inform within 24 hours of receiving the product or else it’ll not be accepted. Additionally, once you drop in an email or whatsapp text, the ticket will be created so please don’t worry if the staff takes some time to respond. 

How long does it takes to receive a refund?
 For the product to reach us after being picked up from your address, it takes 10-15 business days. The entire process usually takes approximately 3 weeks. For this, you will continue to receive shipping updates on your email or via text messages. Once we receive the parcel, our return/exchange team reviews the product for any damages. After approval, a store credit is initiated within in the form of a code which will be sent to you via DM/EMAIL. Shipping fees remain non refundable.

How can I access my credit note?
Idaya Luxe Credit Notes can be applied on our website at the checkout page in the form of a discount code. For any issues faced while using the credit note provided to you, please contact our customer care team for assistance.

 Exceptions in case of exchanges/returns: 
Products like accessories can not be exchanged/returned due to hygiene reasons.

All items that need to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

The bag must not be dirty and should be returned in the original box that it was received in. Orders purchased on discount, sale or free shipping, the return/refund or exchange will not be initiated.
