RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURN POLICY -
- We only offer returns/exchanges if an item is damaged upon arrival or received the wrong item. You may be able to return the same and get a refund for it or exchange it for a new piece, We have a 2-day return/ exchange policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return/ exchange.
- Post this period your order shall become a final sale, and would not be eligible for any return/ exchange request.
- To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and you must have proof of unboxing video clearly showing damage to the product.

- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We shall be responsible to bear all the expenses and costs of the return shipment.

- So it's your responsibility to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All of our products are carefully checked before they are lovingly packed, for any reason your items are faulty or have been damaged in transit you have two options either,
1. Get Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange request, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, we'll automatically send you a fresh piece within 3 days depending on the item in stock.
2. Get Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SHIPPING POLICY -
All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Noida, UP. We use the services of a third-party delivery service provider namely, Shiprocket for shipping the orders placed by the users. We ship PAN India.
- Shipment Time:
All delivery orders successfully received by us from the users, are usually dispatched within a period between 2 to 3 working days, provided such products are available in stock with us or during sale dispatch time may take longer.
- Shipping Cost:
Prepaid Shipping cost is INR 50.
- Delivery Time:
We use Shiprocket as our third-party shipping service provider, which takes around a period of 10 to 12 working days for delivering orders in all parts of India. However, the delivery time is subject to change based on a shortage of an item, bad weather, transit time of your carrier, destination address, or covid related restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances.
- Checking on order status and tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification and whatsapp notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to continually check its status. Please allow us up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within the period communicated to you in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at idayahome@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
- RTO/ Un-delivered shipment :
We are not liable for undelivered shipment or RTO (Return to origin) due to the wrong address/misinformation provided while placing an order or you are unavailable at the time of delivery. Refund will be processed (excluding the forward shipping and Return shipping charges) only once the shipment returns back to us. In case of re-shipping, shipping charges have to be borne by the customer.
- Risk of loss :
We or our delivery partners accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address, phone number, pin code or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified. We will not be held liable for refund or reship a fresh package.

Please note that we do not offer any return or exchange policy unless a customer receives damaged product.
